Jacksons Car Wash
Jacksons needed to introduce their brand to Arizona as a company that has achieved “Top Performer” status in the nation for each year of the Chevron “Customer First” and Shell’s “Mystery Motorist” for customer service, and store cleanliness programs. As a new name and brand to the Valley, Jacksons’ main goal was community outreach to reinforce their commitment to the community with charitable contributions, while continuing to provide customers with the highest quality car wash services and convenience store purchases. Perhaps best summarized by president of Jacksons Food Stores, Cory Jackson, “We are committed to being a part of the community in Arizona.”
We developed Jacksons’ Hallow-Clean Haunted Carwash to add the fear factor for the Halloween season, offering customers service with a scream and generating word of mouth for the brand. The event solicited donations, benefitting Banner Children’s Medical Center, in exchange for express car wash service with a scream. The free express wash service featured super spooky decorations in the Tunnel of Terror, food and drink, costumes, music, lighting and glow in the dark suds. The express wash tunnel of terror was packed with frightful surprises for all ages. More than 30,000 were geo-targeted through Facebook boosted posts, we purposely kept the audience narrowly defined due to the limitations of the volume of cars we could process at one location. This hilarious video posted on ABC15 of an attendee’s experience sums it up perfectly.
