Kathleen uses data to generate breakthrough insights for brands and products across portfolio performance, promotional effectiveness, and customer behavior. She is exceptional at driving improved customer acquisition and retention, transaction size, margin contribution and designing enhanced customer experiences. Kathleen holds a BA in History, Public Policy Studies from Duke University and an MBA, Marketing & Technology from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. In addition to her data science background, Kathleen is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt.
